This modern holiday home with 216 m², ready to move in beginning of 2019, is suitable for 6 persons and is equipped with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms / WC. This house is ideal for guests who are looking for a beautiful stay and relaxation. The outdoor area has a large covered lanai (45 m²) and a spacious pool area (115 m²) with heated pool (based on saltwater technology) and Jacuzzi. You will be thrilled by the maritime furnishing style! The whole villa has ceramic floors in a wooden look.
The dock with a tiki hut at the saltwater lake with sea access can be used to relax and dock rental boats. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, large fridge/freezer incl. ice maker, 3 coffee makers (Keurig, filter and Nespresso) and granite worktops.
No Smoking - Smoking is strictly forbidden in the villa and pets are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
2019 finished holiday villa with generous room layout. Two master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, integrated bathroom and direct access to the terrace. The living area and all 3 bedrooms are equipped with a large TV (Netflix with your own account). Large dock (50 m²) with traditional Tiki hut for lingering. The dock has a lowered platform which makes it easier to get in and out of the kayak/canoe. Rental boats can be moored at the dock. The house has a three-zone air conditioning system for individual temperature regulation.

Cape Coral has over 400 miles of waterways and is ideal for relaxing, doing sports or getting to know "The Real Florida". Cape Coral lies between the Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf of Mexico. Florida's most beautiful beaches are easy to reach by car. This is the best place for boaters and golfers. Varied holidays and relaxation are guaranteed!
Centrally located in the southern area of Cape Coral at the small Lake Yuma with western orientation. Starting point for various excursions. The beaches of Fort Myers Beach with many entertainment possibilities and Sanibel/Captiva Island are also not far away. Well maintained cycling trails (leading directly past the house) to explore the area (Cape Coral Cycling Trail). The nearest shops and restaurants are only a few minutes away.
Southwest Florida International Airport, Fort Myers, is located "on our doorstep" - only 30 minutes drive. Miami and Tampa are also easy to reach with a non-stop flight from Germany and Switzerland. Travel time from Miami Airport is 2.5 hours, from Tampa Airport 2 hours.
