Casa Volpini is a lovingly restored, 400-year-old Umbrian-style farmhouse, located in the immediate vicinity of Tuscany above Lake Trasimeno, in a secluded location.
The ground floor apartment Vera can be rented for 2 persons. Here is a bedroom with double bed, bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher and a large living room with fireplace.
To the apartment Vera include in the outdoor area in front of the house a breakfast terrace, a secluded portico, where in the summer a glass of wine can be enjoyed, as well as the above the house and not visible olive tree terrace where you can sunbathe undisturbed and relax.
The holiday home offers a total of up to 7 people and consists of the apartment Vera and the apartment Viola (Objekt 79732). This is upstairs and is a completely independent apartment.

Passignano sul Trasimeno is located at the northern tip of Lake Trasimeno, from here it is only 10 km to the adjacent Tuscany. The picturesque seaside resort offers a wonderful sandy beach, very good shopping and restaurants.
On the beach you can also rent bicycles, pedal boats and sailing boats. Passignano and the surrounding towns are a real summer attraction, with many summer festivals and tourist attractions such as the Palio delle Barche in Passignano.
Every year, the Umbria Jazz Festival, known throughout Europe, takes place. Jazz icons like Miles Davis and others have already appeared here. In less than an hour's drive interesting cities such as Perugia, Assisi, Siena, Arezzo or Orvieto can be reached.
By car: On the A1 to Valdichiana, then on the Raccordo Siena, Perugia to Passignano est.
By train: nearest train station is either Terontola, Cortona or Chiusi, from there change to Passignano sul Trasimeno.
By plane: Nearest airport is Perugia San Egidio. From here it is about 30 km to Passignano.

For cancellations up to 8 weeks before arrival, the deposit will be deducted. For cancellations between 4 and 8 weeks before arrival 50% of the net rent has to be paid, the deposit will be charged with this amount.
