♥ The "Apartment Alpenstyle by Katharina" is located in Rohrberg / Zell am Ziller - very sunny and quiet, right in the skiing and hiking area of the Zillertal Arena. ♥ The Zillertal Arena offers skiing fun in the winter in the largest ski area in the Zillertal with 150 km of slopes. ♥ In the summer, the region is a highlight for active people and mountain lovers! Highlights for every family are offered in the natural playground "Fichtenschloss" with the "Fichtensee" and the "Arena Coaster" for tobogganing fun at the valley station.
Getting there
Drive via that Inntal motorway A12, E 60 to exit 39 Wiesing or via the Achenpass to Wiesing. Turn toward the Zillertal national road B169. Drive through the Zillertal to Zell am Ziller. There take the exit for Zell am Ziller Mitte - toward Gerlospass B 165. After about 700 m , turn left onto the Gerlosberg road. At the next crossing, continue straight on toward Rohrberg. Follow the road about 4 km toward Grindlalm. After the Grindlalm (before the ski bridge) turn right. The destination is located at the third house on the left side (Rohrberg 92 A). Because we are located at an elevation of 1150 m, we recommend snow chains in the winter.

Die FeWo ist super ausgestattet, auch Besteck und Geschirr ist reichlich vorhanden, so dass man die Spülmaschine nicht halb voll laufen lassen muss. Besonders erwähnenswert ist auch die Garage, die den Mietern zur Verfügung steht. Die Lage am Berg eröffnet tolle Aussichten und ruhige Nächte. Im Winter hat man mit Glück direkten Zugang zur Talabfahrt, auf der man als geübter Skifahrer mindestens abends bis zur Unterkunft kommt und morgens direkt zur Talstation starten kann. Wem das am Morgen zu sportlich ist, fährt einfach mit dem Skibus, der genauso weit oder kurz entfernt liegt, wie die Piste zur Mittelstation und ist so schnell im Skigebiet. Und kann die gesamte Skiarena abfahren. Wir haben das Auto nur zum Einkaufen gebraucht. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Das Appartement ist sehr ruhig gelegen auf ca. 1100m Höhe, mit schöner Aussicht auf das Zillertal. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir waren von der Größe der Wohnung positiv überrascht, auf den Angebots-Fotos sehen die Räume kleiner aus. Das Fahrzeug kann direkt vor der Wohnung abgestellt werden und somit hat man kurze Wege zum be- und entladen. Katharina und Bernhard waren extrem freundliche und sympathische Gastgeber, bei denen man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Rohrberg ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, sowohl für Wanderungen als auch für Radtouren. Für untrainierte Radfahrer sollte es dann allerdings ein E-Bike sein ;-) Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und vielen Dank nochmal an Katharina und Bernhard.
