In the outskirts of the city of Pula you will find Šikići, a place that's situated in a more quiet part of the city surrounded by nature. Since Šikići are just a short drive away from the center of Pula, all of the urban requirements are within reach – shops, banks, post offices, historical landmarks, restaurants and bars. There are also many events taking place in Pula, especially during the summer. Due to its good geographical position, there are many beaches in the surrounding area.

Lovely Istria recommends buying the Trip cancellation insurance in cooperation with Uniqa d.d. insurance during the rent reservation. In case of booking cancellation, the guest claims the reimbursement of the funds in accordance with the terms of Uniqa d.d. insurance policies, directly from the insurance company.
Lovely Istria will provide all of the necessary documentation upon the insurance company's request for the needs of processing of the claim for the damage compensation.
A 500 eur refundable damage deposit is required.
For groups of young people under 30, the refundable damage deposit is 1.000 EUR.
During the high season the villa is only rented on weekdays from Saturday to Saturday.
