Cancellation policy
No cancellation fees up to 42 days before the booking date.
If the apartment is cancelled in the last 42-15 days before the start of the booking, the deposit will serve as a cancellation fee.
If the apartment is cancelled in the last 14-8 days before the start of the booking, 75.00% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee for you as a guest.
If the apartment is cancelled in the last 7-1 days before the start of the booking, 90.00% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee for you as a guest.
Regarding Corona travel warnings, the following extraordinary cancellation conditions apply:
• Free cancellation until the day of arrival in case of border closure, entry ban to the Wilder Kaiser region, or exit ban from the home municipality
• Free cancellation in case of a travel warning from the responsible ministry for the holiday destination in the Wilder Kaiser region
• Money-back guarantee: You will receive a refund of the deposit for free cancellations within 7 working days

Host informationDear guests, we are a warm-hearted family in the Tyrolean mountains. While my mother takes care of the on-site support, my brother and I handle the booking management. We do everything to make your vacation a relaxing experience! This includes an open ear (or an open mailbox) for questions in advance about the vacation and the arrival, the necessary insider tips on-site, as well as open doors for joint conversations and a personal get-to-know. We look forward to our guests and the exchange with people who are drawn to the mountains in spring, summer, autumn, or winter.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung von Familie Brandstätter. Es fing mit dem sehr herzlichen Mailkontakt bei Buchungsanfrage an und genau so ging es weiter. Bei Ankunft wurde uns alles bestens erklärt, wir haben tolle Tips für Ausflüge und Essen erhalten. Sitzecke für Fernsehen, Sitzecke für Frühstück, aber auch Möglichkeiten auf der Terasse zu essen mit Aussicht auf Paraglider.
Liegestühle für die Rast nach Wanderung.
Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Supermarkt und Ortskern fussläufig.

Nachdem wir die beiden vorhergehenden Urlaube bei Fam. Brandstätter sehr genossen haben, verbrachten wir auch dieses Jahr dort. Die Begrüßung durch Frau Brandstätter war wieder sehr herzlich, die Wohnung sehr sauber und gemütlich.
Wir genossen die Zeit sehr mit wandern, die weitere Umgebung mit dem Auto erkunden und Gondelfahrten. Am besten gefiel es uns auf der Rübezahl-Alm, einfach urig und gemütlich mit tollem Ausblick auf die Berge.
Insgesamt wieder ein gelungener, erholsamer Urlaub.
