Cancellation policy
The booking becomes binding upon receipt of the full rent in the landlord's account. The tenant must pay a deposit of 30% of the total rent within 7 days after concluding the rental agreement. The remaining amount must be paid up to 14 days before the start of the rental period (see payment schedule on invoice).
For the timeliness of the payment, the receipt or credit in the account specified in the rental agreement is decisive. The landlord is entitled to withdraw from the rental agreement in the event of untimely payment. The landlord is then further entitled to claim compensation as follows.
Withdrawal 30 to 10 days before arrival day: 50% of the total rent
Withdrawal 9 days to arrival day: 60% of the total rent
The same applies in the event of cancellation by the tenant.
The landlord explicitly recommends taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
Bardolino, with just over 7000 inhabitants, is located on the eastern side of Lake Garda at the foot of the morainic hills with vineyards and olive trees. To the north, Bardolino borders Garda, and to the south, Lazise. The amusement parks Gardaland, Caneva Aquapark, and Movieland are only a few kilometers away. Verona is about a 20-minute drive, while Venice and Milan are each about 150 km away.

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung im Obergeschoss gemietet. Der Blick auf den Gardasee ist traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche. Die Zimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, was bei >30°C sehr wohltuend war. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend, schöner Pool mit großer Liegewiese und Bäumen.

Wir haben in diesem schönen Ferienhaus das erste Obergeschoss bewohnt. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung und das Grundstück einen gepflegten Garten. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den Gardasee ist traumhaft. Da das Grundstück eingezäunt ist, konnten wir auch unseren Dackel frei laufen lassen. Die ruhige Lage haben wir als sehr angenehm empfunden. Auch die Betreuung durch die Verwalterin Frau Erardi hat hervorragend funktioniert . Dafür nochmal ein herzliches" Dankeschön". Cisano liegt zwischen Bardolino und Lazise . Beide Orte sind in ca. 35 Minuten fußläufig gut erreichbar. Aber auch der kleine Hafen von Cisano ist hübsch mit diversen Lokalitäten und nicht so voll wie die größeren Orte . Auch wenn wir nur eine Woche hier waren, haben wir uns gut erholt und kommen gerne wieder.
