High quality equipped flat, 50 sqm in quiet location in the Altes Land holiday village.

The living room is furnished in attractive lounge style, the dining area is bright and functional.

Like new kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and kitchenware.

Two bedrooms are equipped with the "best mattresses ever tested" and beech wood beds.

New bathroom with floor heating.

Storage in the hallway and a wardrobe are available.

Terrace and small garden with barbecue. The holiday village is self-contained and it is protected by a gate. Children can play freely here.

A miniature golf course and the restaurant "Cafe Auszeit" on-site.

Dogs are allowed.

Our leisure tips

Holiday destination

Outings to Hamburg and Jork. The Elbe cycling trail on the dike opposite the holiday village "Altes Land".

The Elb beach is just a few metres away. Ferries to Hamburg and other destinations depart from the nearby Lühe jetty.

To the apple and cherry blossom excursions are worthwhile in the Alte Land, which can be explored well by bicycle.

In Stade, Jork and Buxtehude you can visit old churches, museums and attend organ concerts.

The International Music Festival with classical music has been held in August for years.

And then you can see the big ships passing by the Elbe dike and take a swim in the Elbe.

Familienurlaub im Feriendorf Altes Land im Haus Gaubatz.

Allgemein war es ein sehr schöner Familienurlaub im Feriendorf Altes Land. Die Umgebung war ebenfalls fantastisch und man konnte eigentlich überall mit dem Fahrrad in der Nähe verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Die Ausstattung im Haus war gut. Jedoch sollten die Schlösser an der Eingangstüre und der Terrassentüre erneuert werden. Ebenfalls wäre ein separater Abzug im Bad von Vorteil. Es war ein schöner Urlaub, wir empfehlen das Ferienhaus weiter und kommen gerne wieder.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Nette kleine Ferienwohnung in schöner Umgebung.
Die Wohnung ist weitestgehend mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt.
Die Schlafzimmer sind aufgrund der Dachschrägen gerade für größere Personen etwas klein, aber wir haben uns arrangiert.
Gut ist auch die Unterstellmöglichkeit für die Fahrräder. Auch dass die Terrasse etwas versetzt ist, ist gut. So hat man seine Privatsphäre.
Guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren, bzw. bis Finkenwerder mit dem Auto und dann mit der Fähre nach Hamburg oder zum
Schiffe gucken an den Deich.
Freibad fußläufig zu erreichen.
Auch sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Bäcker, Supermarkt).

Kurze Auszeit am Deich

Wir haben uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden damit wir nahe der Elbe sind zum Schiffe gucken und das Alte Land kennen lernen.
Dafür war das Haus sehr gut geeignet. Die Lage ist toll und es ist absolut ruhig.
Die Schlafzimmer sind klein und mit den Schrägen muss man klar kommen (gerade wenn man über 1,90 m ist wie mein Mann), aber für ein paar Tage ist das okay.
Wir hätten die Terasse gerne häufiger benutzt. Leider spielte das Wetter nicht so mit, da es zu kalt war. Die Heizungen im Haus funktionierten aber sehr gut.
Die Ausstattung ist gut und man kommt auch ohne Backofen und Mikrowelle klar. Der Platz ist wirklich nicht gegeben.
Danke auch noch mal an Frau Gaubatz die uns wirklich liebevoll Willkommen geheißen hat mit Blumen und Äpfeln. Auch sonst war die Kommunikation sehr gut.
