Cozy holiday apartment for 4 - 6 people. In case you wish to come with 6, I will be happy to provide an additional double room. Furthermore, even larger travel groups of up to 18 people can be accommodated.
Quietly and sunnily situated above the Salzach Valley with a magnificent view of the 3000-meter peaks of the Hohe Tauern National Park, our organic farm is located at 920 m. You will find a country-style furnished holiday apartment with 2 double rooms, balcony, a bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet. A playground is available for playing and frolicking, our farm animals enjoy cuddles, and the meadow next to our house is perfect for practicing sledding and bobsledding before heading to the surrounding toboggan runs. You can recharge your batteries in our sauna.
Choose for yourself: conquer the slopes, dive into the powder snow, glide through the winter landscape on cross-country skis, enjoy a fun tobogganing party, bathe in the Hollersbach bathing lake - where there is also a large children's playground, tennis and football fields, cycle along the Tauern cycle path, go mountain climbing, discover hiking routes... or just enjoy the sun and dream!

On cloudy days, the Tauern SPA in Kaprun or the National Park Center in Mittersill awaits you!
Within just a 3-minute drive, you can reach the extensive ski area Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen, and the ski resorts Zillertalarena, Skiarena Wildkogel, and Kitzsteinhorn are also quickly and easily accessible.

Hollersbach - take the 2nd exit to the right over the bridge - after the underpass, turn right - then you'll reach the district of Grubing - drive through a small wooded area - then always keep to the left - the second farm on the right side - you have arrived at your holiday destination!

Experience has taught us that things can always come up, and the long-awaited holiday may need to be canceled or cut short at the last minute.
You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40% of the travel price.
From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70%.
If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge 90% of the travel price, and 100% in case of early departure.
