The villa is very quiet situated in a residential area, with lots of privacy and no over-view from the neighbors. There is a beautiful and well-kept garden and a lovely lawn. The layout is as follows: Driveway with closed gate, entrance house, spacious hall, with guest toilet, continuing into the bright and spacious living room with seating and dining area. Two x two doors lead you to the largely covered terrace (z) with also an automatic sun-sceen.
Through the living room you can reach the open kitchen, equipped with all appliances as well as a large fridge and wine cooling cub-board.
The first bedroom is located on the right side of the entrance with French doors to the side terrace and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Furthermore on this ground floor one can find a washer / dryer room.
Through the natural stone staircase you can reach the floor with 2 more bedrooms; the master bedroom with doors to a spacious terrace / balcony with great views over the golf-course and small sea views. The third bedroom is located at the rear and has, in addition to a spacious double bed, a third bed in the room. Alle rooms are equipped with cupboards and the villa is fully air-conditioned.

Between the French toppers Saint-Tropez (18 km) and Cannes (45 km) are the resorts of Saint-Aygulf and Les Issambres on the coastal road to Frejus and Saint-Raphael and Sainte Maxime on the coast road to Saint-Tropez. This stretch of the Riviera is known for its beautiful sandy beaches full of entertainment and the quieter, beautiful bays with gravel and sandy beaches.

In the high season you can only reserve this villa with a minimum stay of 1 week; arrival and departure on Saturday. Outside the high season we accept reservations with a minimum stay of 4 nights and are other arrival and departure days possible.
