Cancellation policy
Cancellations
Cancellation policy according to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code
There is no right of withdrawal as defined in the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Civil Code:
Up to 3 months before the day of arrival, the reservation can be cancelled without incurring a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained.
From 3 months up to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 3 days of the travel price. Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price.
In the event of a no-show by the guest or early departure by the guest, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full.
Please inform us in good time if you are unable to take your holiday.

Nevertheless, we recommend that you take out "cancellation protection" at the same time as you book your stay. This can cover the cancellation fees, allowing you to look forward to your holiday without any worries.

Getting there
Directions: Take the Bolzano Nord exit off the highway; then head towards Brenner; after about 3 kilometers, you will reach the village (Blumau); immediately after this village, take the left tunnel towards the Schlern area, after about 8 kilometers you will arrive in Fiè allo Sciliar; at the roundabout take the first exit to the right uphill towards Obervöls and after about 1 kilometer on the left side, you will reach Gatterpunerhof.

Wir hatten traumhaft schöne Tage in Südtirol, dank des absolut tollen Wetters und einer wunderschönen Unterkunft. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir konnten die Ruhe genießen, hatten eine sehr schöne Aussicht, der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt und die frische Milch jeden Morgen, hat das Frühstück perfekt gemacht. Herzlichen Dank an Familie Planer!

Wir haben uns rundum wohl auf dem Hof gefühlt. Er liegt fußläufig zum Ort und hat eine gute Ausgangslage für Wanderungen rund um Völs. Sehr von Vorteil ist auch, dass der Bus, den man mit der Gästekarte kostenlos nutzen kann, direkt vorm Haus hält. Von dort erreicht man z.B. die Bahn zur Seiser Alm.
Die frischen Eier und der Brötchenservice waren sehr willkommen für ein Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit traumhafter Aussicht.
Frau Planer ist sehr gastfreundlich und entgegenkommend.
