This luxurious and spacious recreation houseboat for 4 people is located in the Weerribben-Wieden just a few kilometers from the tourist center of Giethoorn in the national park with unobstructed views of the Canal Cornelis. Large glass walls offer a view of the surrounding nature with a great variety of birds, deer and rare species. The sheltered garden on the quay has several lounge areas and a private little harbor. In the off-season, and in the evenings, it is an oasis of peace and space. In high season you will see a variety of passing boats from Giethoorn to one of the many lakes; Excursion boats and barges and canoes, or local boats for the transport of pipe and cattle.

Directions
The houseboat is on the road to Dwarsgracht. From Giethoorn follow the signs Dwarsgracht. The boat is 300 meters after a small bridge. If you see a big spot on the left with a few dumpsters on the left, it's a good time to turn around.
Opposite the houseboat there are some parking spaces.

. cancellation
a. Any cancellation must be submitted in writing via e-mail to the address of the landlord. Tenant is entitled to cancel the reservation without any cost within a cooling off period of 10 days after signing the rental contract, unless the rental period is commencing within one month after entering into the rental contract.
b. After the specified period mentioned above the following cancellation charges apply to the tenant:
30% of the rental price for cancellation from 10 days after signing the rental contract till six weeks before the rental period;
100% of the rental price in case of cancellation within six weeks of the rental period.
c. We are obliged to strictly stick to our cancellation policy. Bookings for Villa Intermezzo are made well in advance and since we are not a commercial operator any cancellation will be a setback that is difficult to compensate. Experience shows that the residence is hard to be rented out within a period of six weeks. In case of cancellation by the tenant the landlord will try to find a third party for the rental period or part thereof. If successful, the cancellation fee will be reduced proportionately, but subject to deduction of a fixed amount of €75,= and the necessary costs incurred by the landlord in connection with the cancellation.
