The kitchen is perfectly equipped, including a dishwasher and a seating area with a corner bench. From the window you can see the inland lake, which exudes a wonderful calm, especially in the evening, when the big birds are resting for the night.
The living room with the terrace is located on the sunny south side, has a beach chair, tables and chairs, is not visible and closed (garden fence to the street).
From the retracted roof terrace on the upper floor, you can enjoy the sunset in all its glory and end the evening with a suitable drink to make plans for the next day.

It is only a few minutes by bike to the beach and shopping. There are many leisure activities nearby, from golf to horse riding, surfing, sailing or just sitting in the sun and drinking a coffee. Children love it here!
Hiking and cycling are only two more ways to explore the beautiful surroundings.
From Kiel take the road B202, at the end of Lütjenburg, follow the signs to Hohwacht on the left, after 4.3 kilometers in the district turn left into the residents' street "Am Binnensee" and you are there. The house is on the right.
From Oldenburg (Holstein) take the road B202 until it turns right in the village of Kaköhl towards Hohwacht. At the end of the street turn left towards the district of Hassberg, after 600m turn right into the residential street "Am Binnensee" and you are there. The house is on the right.

Withdrawal / rebooking / replacement tenant
The tenant can withdraw from the rental agreement at any time and make a rebooking. The declaration of withdrawal / rebooking is effective from the day on which we receive it in writing (by post or email).
