Cancellation policy
If you cancel your stay 6 weeks before the start of your holiday, we will refund your deposit. After that, the deposit is forfeited in our favor. In case of late arrival or early departure, the apartment price will still be charged.

Our general terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply.
This means: You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, the cancellation fee is 40% of the booking price.
From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price.
If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the booking price. To save costs, we recommend taking out Hotel Cancellation Plus insurance.
For only 5% of the travel price, not only cancellation costs and trip interruption are covered, but also late arrival, e.g., due to car breakdown, involuntary holiday extension, as well as search and rescue costs (including helicopter rescue)!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche bei Familie Rieder - auch bei durchwachsenem Wetter.
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Als Startpunkt für Radtouren war es wunderbar.
Vielen lieben Dank auch nochmals für die herausragende Gastfreundschaft.
Unser Fazit: sehr zu empfehlen - wir kommen gerne wieder!
