The living room leads to the private terrace with French doors, equipped with a dining table with chairs for outdoor breakfasts and dinners with a stunning view of the Lake!
On the rear, the apartment benefit of an additional private patio and a private garden, ideal for families with kids!
The holiday apartment, provided with air conditioning throughout, continues with the master bedroom provided with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe.
The second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed (double bed + single bed) for 3 people.
The layout of the apartment is completed by the bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet, WC and washing machine.
Guests can easily park their car in the private parking space within the Villa!
A nice shared pool is available from April 15th to October 15th.
A baby cot and a high chair can be installed upon request with a small extra cost.
