The holiday home Sommermelodie is located in the resort town of Julianadorp aan Zee, only about 500m from the dunes and the North Sea beach. The accommodation was extensively renovated by us in 2015 and newly furnished with modern furniture.
The comfort house has 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and sauna, a small shower room with toilet, and a separate guest toilet. The large living-dining area leads directly onto the furnished terrace with a garden grill. The high-quality kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Senseo machine, coffee maker, and dishes for 12 people. Wi-Fi, washing machine, travel cot, high chair are free of charge. A dog is welcome.
The holiday home Sommermelodie has been renovated and lovingly refurnished with high-quality furniture. The garden is completely fenced and features a furnished south-west facing terrace with a garden grill.

Villa Sommermelodie is located in the holiday park Beach Resort Ooghduyne, close to the miles-long North Sea beach. The well-maintained holiday park offers an indoor swimming pool with a slide, a 9-hole golf course, children's playgrounds, a tennis court, mini-golf, and dining options.

Unexpected events can always occur. However, it's regrettable for everyone if Villa Sommermelodie remains vacant when other holidaymakers would have gladly stayed. If you are unable to commence your booked stay, the following cancellation fees apply:
Cancellation/Termination
- up to 49 days before the rental start: 20% of the rental price
- up to 35 days before the rental start: 40% of the rental price
- up to 21 days before the rental start: 60% of the rental price
- up to 14 days before the rental start: 90% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 14 days before the rental start) 100% of the rental price.
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
