A warm welcome to our renovated cottage "Das schöne Haus" in the Village Sellin, part of Seebad Bansin, nearby the Baltic sea on the Island Usedom. We renewed, recreated and reinvented an old cottage house as a unique destination for a fantastic vacancy.
We have a lot of space (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 terraces…) and a fantastic view over the Schmollensee, the lake nearby.

Special features

One of the coolest cottages at the Baltic sea. Historical flair and unique charme (see pictures).

Das alte Bauernhaus wurde liebevoll und aufwendig saniert und ist ein wahres Schmuckstück. Moderner Komfort trifft hier auf alten Charme. Der Innenraum ist liebevoll gestaltet und bietet genug Platz für die Familie, oder einen Urlaub mit Freunden. Überall im Haus und auf dem Grundstück sind kleine Hingucker zu entdecken. Hier hat sich jemand richtig viel Mühe gegeben, ein Traumhaus mit viel liebe zum Detail entstehen zu lassen.
Wir hatten wundervolle Tage und werden bestimmt zu dieser Perle im Norden zurückgekehren!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche im schönen Haus verbracht.
Liebevoll renoviert und äußerst geschmackvoll ausgestattet, liegt das Haus sehr ruhig und ist von einem idyllischen Garten umgeben. Außer zwei Terassen gibt es noch eine Hollywoodschaukel und einen Strandkorb und eine romantische Bank rund um eine schönen alten Kastanienbaum.
Zu Fuß drei Minuten zum Schmollensee und mit dem Fahrrad 10 Minuten zur Ostsee.( (Fahrräder können gemietet und geliefert werden)
Wir kommen bald wieder und können das Schöne Haus nur empfehlen!
