Cancellation policy:
It sounds like it's an inconvenience and it is incovenient. For everyone involved!! It is a pity when apartments stay vacant although other guests would have liked to stay here. So we ask you: Please notify us in time and in writing. The tenant is entitled to terminate the contract at any time. If the contract is terminated (cancelled) without the administration having given an important reason for this, the administration is entitled to compensation as follows: three months before the start of the trip: 10% but at least €25.00 processing fee; two months before the start of the trip: 30%; one month before the start of the trip: 70%; less than 7 days before the start of the trip: 90% (the date of the postmark or receipt of the email is decisive). We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
