Cancellation policy
The reservation of the holiday apartment is only considered binding once a written confirmation is received from both parties. In case of late arrival or early departure, the price will be fully charged up to the agreed vacation date.
If you are unable to commence your booked trip due to the Corona Virus (entry ban, renewed lockdown, proven Corona infection, prescribed employer regulations), you have the option to cancel free of charge up to one week before your booking date. Otherwise, our normal cancellation conditions apply. The reservation is only valid with written confirmation and is only effective upon receipt of a transfer (deposit). The deposit is due several months before the stay and is non-refundable. For cancellations up to 35 days before arrival, no cancellation fees will be charged.

Our house is your ideal starting point for countless hikes. The Verdins cable car, just a 5-minute walk from the house, takes you to an altitude of 1450m in the Tall-Hirzer hiking area in just a few minutes. Hiking in the Hirzer area has something for everyone. Nordic walking, mountain biking, and paragliding are all possible here.
