Welcome to this beautifully maintained holiday home that can be stayed in year-round. An outdoor whirlpool has been installed on the terrace - it can be used for a relaxing dip under the open sky at any time of year. No matter whether it's spring or autumn, the 38-degree warm water is a pleasure to bathe in (under a clear canopy of stars late at night, for example). Perhaps you'll hear the rustling of deer or elk in the forest nearby. The holiday home lies on a corner plot of land with beech and pine forests on two sides. You can go gathering mushrooms there from July until October.
The holiday home lies in the Listerlandet region, not far from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the Blekinge area.
The holiday house has been furnished in a very homely, slightly rustic style with a great deal of wood. A particularly attractive wood burning stove with a viewing window can be used as required. It spreads a cosy warmth and a sense of wellbeing throughout the whole holiday house. Fast Wi-Fi internet is also provided in the holiday house. The open kitchen is integrated into the living area and, just like the living room, provides access to the terrace. The holiday house features comfortable beds in all of its bedrooms. The sizeable terrace which enjoys sun in the afternoons is largely roofed over, providing a protected place to while away some time in all weathers, including bright sun, rain and wind.
The house is just a few minutes' walk away from a beach covered in light, fine sand. Both of the sections of beach located in the forest here are somewhat hidden away, making them less well-known and not very busy. You can usually find a quiet spot to sunbathe there, even during the high season. Alternatively, take a beachside walk to the fishing village of Torsö a few kilometres away. A private rowing boat is ready and waiting for you to enjoy fishing trips or rowing excursions out on the water. Sillnäs enjoys beautiful, varied natural surroundings with beech forests and meadowland. There's also a pine forest growing on the sandy ground not far from the coast. Its low, knotty trees are like something out of a fairy tale.
The Listerlandet peninsula is also known for its many idyllic fishing villages that are ranged out along the coast like a string of pearls. There's a real maritime ambience there - your nose will be delighted by the scent of seaweed and freshly smoked seafood delicacies, your ears will enjoy the cry of seagulls and the chugging of the fishing boats, and your eyes will experience the magnificent views of the sea. The Hällevik smokehouse lies just 5 kilometres from the holiday house, for example. A jazz festival takes place there in August. It's just 4 kilometres to the attractive Sölvesborg golf club on the coast. The Sweden Rock Festival is held in Norje in June. It's just 13 kilometres to the festival grounds from the holiday house.
Payment details:
The rental period runs from Saturday to Saturday and lasts at least one week (7 days or 14 days, etc.)
5% discount on the overall rental price for stays of 3 weeks and more. 10% discount for 4 weeks and over.
The tenant needs to pay at least 25% of the rental price (or, alternatively, the entire rental price) after confirmation of the reservation by email.
We'll then send you a rental certificate with all the information you need and directions to the accommodation.
Please transfer the rest of the rental fee to us at least 8 weeks before you arrive at the holiday house (at the latest).
The entire rental price must be transferred immediately for any bookings made on or later than the 55th day before your arrival date.
A deposit of 2,500 Swedish crowns/250 euro must be presented by the tenant on arrival in the holiday house. The deposit will be returned by the landlord on the day of departure after the holiday house has been inspected.
The landlord will be present when you arrive and depart - so long as your departure does not take place very early in the morning or at night. In such a case, the deposit will be returned to you by bank transfer at a later date.
Electricity: 0.30 euro per kWh. Wi-Fi internet, 5GB, 18 euro/week.
We can agree upon your exact arrival time approx. 2 weeks before you arrive. We rent out 4 different holiday houses so the arrival times are flexible.
We can be at your holiday house within approx. 1 to 2 hours should any problems arise.

It is important that you procure holiday or travel insurance. The landlord can take no responsibility for any personal accident or injury or any loss or damage to private property that may occur during your stay. No responsibility can be assumed for power outages, water shortages, strikes or extreme weather conditions.
The owner will always be present when you arrive and depart.

Welcome to Sölvesborg.
Sölvesborg with its 17,000 inhabitants can be classified as a small Scanian/Danish town. The town was built in the protection of the fortress that gave the settlement its name. The town's network of streets also dates from the Middle Ages.
You'll find some nice little shops and several cosy cafés in the crooked little alleyways of the town.
The Listerland peninsula is largely made up of a lowland landscape where the region's characteristic fishing villages huddle together on the bay of Hanö. The legendary island of Hanö is a very popular holiday destination. You can reach it on the ferry from Nogersund.

The biggest events in the area include the Sweden Rock Festival in June, the
Killebom Festival beginning of July, the Hällevik trad jazz festival in August and the well-visited Christmas market in Slottslängorna.
