If you need to cancel your booking please let us know in writing as soon as possible. We will try to re-let the property and if we can do so, we shall refund to you any money paid minus any charges that we incur. If we are unable to re-let the property, depending on the number of days notice we receive, the following cancellations charges (as a % of the rental cost) will apply: 0 - 13 days 100% 14 - 27 days 75% 28 - 55 days 60% 56 days or more 33% We advise that you take out holiday insurance to cover for any cancellation charges you may incur.

We are in the Dartmoor National Park, on the border between Devon and Cornwall, England. Very quiet and peaceful location in the valley of the river Walkham, surrounded by woodland and pasture, with direct walks on to the moor. Many historical places to visit and beaches to explore. The nearby market town of Tavistock is charming, with an eclectic mix of boutique shops, restaurants, pubs and a daily market.
