The bungalow has been recently modernized and has a fresh appearance. The living room with an open kitchen and dining area is directly connected to the sunny terrace (facing south, towards the sun). The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There is also an oven and a microwave.
The rear bedroom is the larger one, with 2 box-spring beds, 1 additional single bed, and a washbasin. The second bedroom has 2 more box-spring beds. In total, up to 5 people can vacation here. However, we especially recommend this house for couples or families with small children.

Am Rande des Dennen (der Texeler Wald), einem der schönsten Naturgebiete auf Texel, führt der Bakkenweg durch die Felder. Auf diesem Landweg, mitten im Dreieck von De Koog, Den Burg und Den Hoorn, finden Sie den historischen Bauernhof "De Bakkenplaats", der in einwandfreiem Zustand auf einem wunderschön gepflegten Anwesen liegt.
By car:
Coming from Utrecht towards Amsterdam, take the exit towards Zaanstad.
Then take the A7 towards Leeuwarden until the Den Oever exit.
From there to Den Helder, the ferry port is signposted.
On Texel:
From the ferry port, head north on the Pontweg (N501). At roundabout 10, turn right and continue to follow the signs for De Waal. Just before leaving Den Burg, turn right onto Waalderstraat. At the distinctive round glass building of OmnyAcc – on your left – make a sharp left onto Abbewaal. We are right at the end, until you can't go any further, on the roundabout left of Gamma.
