Holiday destination
Zaostrog has a really long history consedirng the archaeological findings like the relief of the God Mitra and writings by Byzantine emperor Konstantin Porfirogenet about the fortification Ostrog, situated highly below the mount after which Zaostrog later got its name. During the years, Zaostrog became a desirable vacation spot due to its geographic location, clean sea and beautiful pebble beaches. The most recognisable feature of Zaostrog is an old Franciscan monastery- also a museum with ethnological collection and a library.
Zaostrog is a preserved, littoral, almost untouched area which offers a quiet holiday far away from the burdening modern life- in other words it's an ideal location to explore Dalmatia as it once was.

Ein phantastisches Haus in wunderschöner Umgebung. Die ruhige Lage auf einer Höhe von ca. 200m macht ein Auto notwendig und bedeutet gleichzeitig einen tollen Blick bis hin zum Meer und der vorgelagerten Insel. In wenigen Autominuten ist man an der Küstenlinie und am Strand. Die Bilder versprechen nicht zuviel. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist hervorragend und der beheizte Infinitypool absolut perfekt. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und dazu hat auch ganz entscheidend der Mario und die Agentur Prominens beigetragen, die uns immer hilfreich zur Seite standen - immer ansprechbar. Bei der Organisation einer kleinen Feier hat er uns auch kurzfristig wunderbar unterstützt.
