From the parking space directly in front of the house, you reach the separate entrance of the holiday apartment via 12 steps. The living room, with a seating arrangement and a dining area for 4 people, has direct access to the terrace with a fantastic lake view. Sun protection, garden furniture, and a grill are available.
A counter with a granite top separates the living area from the kitchenette. The double beds in the 2 bedrooms have single mattresses of 90cm x 2.00m. The apartment has central heating.

Maccagno is a popular yet peaceful holiday destination. Luino is just 5 km away. Liner and excursion boats connect Maccagno with all lakeside towns. The town has numerous restaurants, two free beach baths, a challenging climbing wall attracts free climbers, and water sports enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy.
For strollers and hikers, there are endless possibilities. Switzerland is 10 km away, Locarno and Ascona about 30 km, Lugano about 35 km. Lake Lugano and Lake Como are close by.

The cancellation notice must be submitted to us in writing (email is sufficient). The date of receipt of the cancellation notice by us is decisive for the time of cancellation. If you withdraw from the travel contract or do not commence the trip, we must claim compensation for our arrangements and expenses. The amount is based on the rental price of the apartment. If the apartment cannot be re-rented during the cancelled period, the following cancellation fees apply: Up to 80 days before the agreed rental start date 5%, within 79 to 28 days before the agreed rental start date 20%, within 27 to 14 days before the agreed rental start date 75%, within 13 to 0 days before the agreed rental start date as well as for no-show or cancellation after the start of the trip 85% of the rental price. A fee of €25.00 will be charged for processing the cancellation in any case.

book without worry: In the event of a travel warning, designation as a risk area, a ban on accommodation, or a perimeter lockdown for your county or the county of my holiday property during your booking period, I offer you the option to reschedule your trip free of charge to the next year.
