On the ground floor you will find a spacious kitchen and living area and the master bedroom with attached bathroom. The large sliding doors open the space to the terraces, the infinity pool and the outside kitchen.
The villa is built into the hillside and down the stairs you will find the second master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two further bedrooms, all with terrace and wonderful views to the garden and the sea. The two bedrooms share a large bathroom. On this level you will find as well hammam, utility room, poolbathroom and the studio.
The villa is non-smoking inside, you are welcome to smoke on the terraces.
Heated pool with countercurrent, towels for the pool are provided.

In summer, the crystal-clear waters of the Libyan Sea invite you for swimming and snorkeling.
A staircase leads down to the sea - there you enjoy complete privacy.
Within walking distance there is a small beach and the village of Agios Pavlos with its taverns, the beach and a nice beach bar is about 2 kilometers away, the larger and livelier Agia Galini around 16.
A car is essential and also opens up the beauties of the south coast - just a few kilometers over small streets lines a wonderful beach to the next, like pearls on the string.
