Die Wohnung im ersten und zweiten Stock ist sehr geräumig und hell. Die Betten sind breit und sehr gut. Das Haus ist sauber und komplett ausgestattet, beispielsweise mit einem Geschirrspüler und einer Waschmaschine. Auch die Dachterrasse ist schön. Leider gibt es dort keinen Sonnenschirm, wodurch es zwischen 11 und 15 Uhr eigentlich zu heiß ist.
Die Wohnung könnte hier und da eine Renovierung vertragen, aber im Inneren sind es vor allem Kleinigkeiten. Was wir sehr bedauerlich fanden, ist, dass die überdachte Veranda im Garten (die auf den Fotos zu sehen ist) eingestürzt ist. Dieser kann nicht mehr verwendet werden. Auch der erwähnte Garten ist nicht wirklich nutzbar, da keine Sitzgelegenheiten angelegt wurden. Da ist es ein bisschen chaotisch.
Die Gegend ist wunderschön. Plön liegt in der Nähe mit mehreren Supermärkten und am See lässt es sich wunderbar entspannen. Empfehlenswert sind auch der Strand von Hohwacht und die Stadt Lübeck.
