Villa Noela is a 2 bedroom charming holiday home, located on the eastern coast of the Istrian peninsula. A private pool is located in a large 2000 sqm green garden. The entire property is fenced, spacious and secure. The surroundings of the villa are fresh Mediterranean trees, lavender and sage. There is a balcony with dining table in the quiet garden.
The interior of the house is beautifully furnished, spacious and with large sunny windows. There are two bedrooms, a living room with a large comfortable sofa and a large flat screen TV, a traditional Istrian fireplace, a bathroom and a well equipped kitchen, all on the ground floor.
The house is thoroughly cleaned and extra soap and disinfectant are available.

Lazarici is a small, quiet village in the east of the Istrian peninsula.
In only 10 minutes by car from Villa Noela, by the sea, there is a restaurant with fish specialities and homemade specialities. The surrounding area offers you the opportunity to enjoy an easy walk through unspoilt nature and riding a bike on small asphalted roads.
