Upon entering, you'll find yourself in the area of the fully equipped open kitchen and dining table, which adjoins a modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower and sink. Next to the bathroom is a separate toilet. There are 3 bedrooms; 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 room with a bunk bed.
Adjacent to the open kitchen is an attractive living room, comfortably equipped with a dishwasher,
an oven, an induction hob, and a combination microwave.
The living room exudes coziness and has space for the whole family in both
the dining area and the seating area with leather sofas and a wood stove. Your four-legged friend is also welcome in this
bungalow. In the large garden, you can enjoy plenty of privacy and find
enough garden furniture to gather outside and enjoy the healthy climate.

4. Cancellation by the Customer You may cancel the rental agreement at any time before the start of the rental period.
The cancellation declaration should, for your own interest and for proof, be made in writing in any case. The tenant agrees to pay compensation as follows:
15% of the rental amount if the cancellation occurs more than three months before the start of the rental period.
50% of the rental amount if the cancellation occurs between three months and one month before the start of the rental period.
75% of the rental amount if the cancellation occurs between one month and two weeks before the start of the rental period.
100% of the rental amount if the cancellation occurs less than two weeks before the start of the rental period or if the rental period has already begun.
