The chalet is 45 m² and is situated on a private property with a fenced garden. There is a living and dining area with a pantry kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a shower and toilet. Outside there is a sun terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue area..

Bretteville Plage is a beautiful beach community with a small bar in summer and a land yachting school if you want to try a new sport. There are a good selection shops and restaurants are in the nearby market towns of Portbail, La Haye du Puits and Carteret, but also closer by in Denneville and s.t. sur-Ay. The beautiful Sandy beach stretches 4 km in either direction and is uncrowded Even in summer. The area is perfect for dog walking and close to nature reserves with Dunes. There are street markets within easy driving distance every day and many annual fairs and festivals. Visit to Jersey, Guernesey and the Mont-Saint-Michel and Bayeux are all recommended.
