"De Mallemolen" is located on Dorpsdijk, in the center of Vrouwenpolder. Our (fruit) garden is 4000 m² in size. On the ground floor, facing the front of the house, is the living room (30m²) with a seating area, TV (cable connection), and DVD player. Additionally, there is a dining area, audio set, DVD, and internet. At the back of the holiday home is the open kitchen. This kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, combination microwave, gas stove with extractor hood, dishwasher, blender, juicer, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, coffee machine, and kettle. Also located at the back of the house are a toilet and a shower room. Adjacent to the living room is a bedroom with a double bed and a sink with hot and cold water. On the first floor, there are 2 more bedrooms. The room at the front has 1 bunk bed and a single bed, while the room overlooking the garden has a double bed. These rooms also have sinks with hot and cold water.
At the back of the garden, there is an entrance to the grounds, where a number of parking spaces are available. Cars and/or trailers can thus be parked on private property.
There is also plenty of space for children. There is a playground with go-karts, tractors, small bikes, etc. In the orchard, there is a playground with swings, a seesaw, a climbing frame with a slide, and a volleyball court for the bigger kids. In two animal enclosures, there are goats, geese, ducks, and chickens.

Walcheren is known for its beautifully laid out cycling paths. From Vrouwenpolder, the surrounding towns, forests, dune and nature reserve areas are easily accessible by bike. Shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance (100m). The beach, dunes, and the Veerse Meer are just 800 to 1000m away.

If the tenant cancels their lease for any reason or does not exercise their rights arising from this contract, or only partially exercises them, without formally canceling the contract, the tenant is obliged to pay the landlord compensation as follows:
15% of the rental amount (excluding additional costs for the use of gas, water, electricity, etc.) if the cancellation occurs more than 3 months before the start of the rental period.
50% of the rental amount (excluding additional costs for the use of gas, water, electricity, etc.) if the cancellation occurs within 3 months to 1 month before the start of the rental period.
75% of the rental amount (excluding additional costs for the use of gas, water, electricity, etc.) if the cancellation occurs within 1 month to 1 week before the start of the rental period.
100% of the rental amount (excluding additional costs for the use of gas, water, electricity, etc.) if the cancellation occurs less than 1 week before the start of the rental period or if the rental period has already begun.
If the rental property can be re-let for the same period, the tenant will be fully refunded the rental price minus a maximum of €30,-- for handling fees.
