Cancellation policy: Booking changes and cancellations must be communicated to the landlord in writing.

- Cancellations from 120 to 30 days before arrival will incur a fee of 15% of the total price
- Cancellations from 30 to 15 days before arrival/No Show will incur a fee of 40% of the total price
- Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival or shortening of the stay on site will incur a fee of 100% of the total price
