The interior of the house offers you a pleasant stay on Texel. The living room is adjacent to a west-facing terrace, where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the vast Krimbos. The immediate surroundings also have the quality that you can expect from this house. In the center of De Cocksdorp, 400 meters from your villa, you will find shops and restaurants.
This new Luxury Villa has on the ground floor an entrance with toilet, a utility room with washing/drying machine, a spacious living room with decorative fireplace, a luxurious open kitchen and a bedroom with bathroom. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet. The bedrooms are equipped with single box-spring beds. The terrace is located on the west. Fully equipped luxury kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher. In the utility room you will find the washing machine and dryer. You can park your bicycles in the lockable central bicycle shed.
The island of Texel offers you many cycling and hiking trails. The bicycle is the ideal means of transport for your holiday. All sights, activities and villages with terraces and shops are a short distance from each other.
Take the children to the Caluna swimming paradise or to the seals in Ecomare. Don't forget to stop along the way in Den Burg and De Koog for a delicious drink or dinner on one of the many terraces.
For hikers, the nature reserve "de Slufter" is highly recommended. One of the most unique hiking experiences on the island has to be a guided mudflat hike. Don't miss it and book a holiday on this fantastic island!
