The house is suitable for 6 persons. The house has a spacious living room with a practical kitchen with recently renovated sink, a worktop and a ceramic hob. The house has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 of which have a washbasin. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. The 2 further bedrooms are upstairs and each have 2 comfortable box-spring beds. There is a separate hanging toilet. Also, the (recently renovated) bathroom has a walk-in shower and sink. Behind the house is a nice terrace with many sunhours.

The cottage is about 650 meters from the sea! The beach of Oostkapelle has been voted 'the cleanest beach in the Netherlands' on several occasions. The cottage is located on the park Bos & Duin (Roompot) and is not only close to the sea but also right next to the beautiful nature reserve 'De Manteling' and near Vrouwenpolder.
