The small old farmhouse Casa de Fonte was renovated in 2018 and completely new designed. A mix of tradition, retrostyle and modernity makes an individual cosy ambience. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired.
The house has an electric heating system / air condition.
The house comes with an 8 x 4m saltwaterpool and an attached open-air shower, surrounded by large sun terraces, in a garden with mediterranean plants and natural stonewalls.
Another highlight is a dining place alfresco under high shady trees next to a brick-built BBQ with summer kitchen.
The site is completely fenced and has an automatic gate. At the nearby supermarket Lidl you will find freshly baked bread and rolls every morning. Next to the supermarket there is a bus stop with several daily connections to Faro.

Casa de Fonte is the 2. house in a cul-de-sac located in the village Calcada at the fringe of the small town Sao Bras de Alportel. The town centre is within walking distance and there you will find all important facilities like post office, banks, medicos, tourist information, car- and bike rentals, as well as supermarkets and shops. There are also many little cafes, bars and restaurants for each taste. Sao Bras also has a small market hall where you can get fresh vegetables, fruits, fish, meat and bread in the morning.
On receipt of the total rent you will receive the directions to the cottage.

If the cancellation becomes effective
60 - 46 days before the beginning of the renting period 50% of the total price
45 - 31 days before the beginning of the renting period 70% of the total price
30 days or less before the beginning of the rental period 90% of the total price
has to be paid to the owner.
In any case of cancellation of the contract by the tenant the advanced payment of 30% of the price will remain with the owner.
