Villa Ursula is a standalone property in the peaceful surroundings of the village Marušici, with a 900 m2 private garden and a large parking area for 5 cars. The living space spans nearly 300 m2, spread over three floors. This rustic villa is situated directly beneath the cliffs in the picturesque location of Grižane, near Crikvenica. Villa Ursula was built in 1906 in the Art Nouveau style and was renovated in 2013 in such a way that it retained its century-old splendor and a touch of history, while at the same time providing all the modern conveniences we are accustomed to today.
