Cancellation policy
1. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the guest owes Texelduinen a cancellation fee. In addition to the due reservation fee, the following cancellation fees are payable:
In the event of a cancellation up to forty-two (42) days before the arrival date: thirty percent (30%) of the price*
In the event of a cancellation from the forty-second (42nd) day up to and including the twenty-eighth (28th) day before the arrival date: sixty percent (60%) of the price*
In the event of a cancellation from the twenty-eighth (28th) day up to the day of arrival: ninety percent (90%) of the price*
In the event of a cancellation on the day of arrival: one hundred percent (100%) of the price*
(* Tourist tax, costs for bed linen and cleaning are not to be paid as part of the price in the event of a cancellation.)
2. The guest must make the cancellation in writing (by letter or email).

Location:
This detached holiday home, completely renovated in 2018, is quietly situated on the Texellandgoed het Eikenbossie. Het Eikenbossie is located on Skillepaadje in the 'Cultural Landscape of the Netherlands' de Hoge Berg, nestled among the trees on a large private property. A unique estate of almost 2 hectares, hidden behind a row of trees in a wind-sheltered pit that was created during the dike construction works in the 1930s.
Nearby, you can wander along narrow footpaths between the 'Tuinwallen'. Skillepaadje is a beautiful cycling path to the fishing village Oudeschild, where you can find the harbor and the museum Kaap Skil. The Texel Brewery and the pick-your-own garden are 800 meters away. Restaurants, shops, and supermarkets are 3 kilometers away in Den Burg and 2 kilometers away in Oudeschild.
Getting there
By car, you drive to Den Helder. There you take the ferry to Texel. When you book, you will receive further instructions on how to get there.
