Set in Félines-Minervois, amidst vineyards, this is a 5-bedroom villa for 10 persons. The villa comes with a private heatable swimming pool and a bubble bath to spend an exotic holiday. You can stay here comfortably with a large family or a group of friends.

In the surrounding area, active holidaymakers can go walking or cycling. They can enjoy windsurfing and sailing on Lake Jouares. In winter months, you can visit the nearby ski resorts. Supermarkets are at 500 m if you wish to stock up daily essentials. The towns of Olonzac and Homps are great for day tours.

Wir kommen seit Jahren in dieses Haus. Bei 9 Personen bietet das Haus viele Vorteile. Schade ist, dass im Laufe der Jahre kaum Wartungsarbeiten durchgeführt wurden. Mängel, die wir schon seit Jahren beobachten, konnten in geringem Umfang behoben und in einigen Fällen sogar noch schlimmer werden.
Trotzdem haben wir immer eine gute Zeit. Wir nennen es bereits im Herbst unser zweites Zuhause. Wir hoffen, dass mehr für die Wartung getan wird. Die Küche muss unbedingt renoviert werden.

Sehr gute Unterkunft. Das Wetter ist fantastisch, es gibt schöne Märkte in der Umgebung und das Haus ist in ausgezeichnetem Zustand. Wunderschöner Swimmingpool, Whirlpool und alles ist bis ins letzte Detail eingerichtet. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden. Den negativen Reaktionen der vergangenen Jahre ist sicherlich Beachtung geschenkt worden. Unsere Kinder hatten eine tolle Zeit. Spielzeug in Hülle und Fülle.

Zunächst einmal war das Haus dreckig, überall Spinnweben, Staub auf den Möbeln, ... kaputte Sonnenschirme, die wir bitten mussten, uns welche mitzubringen ... Geschirr nicht sehr sauber, die Haustür ließ sich nicht schließen und man musste den Schlüssel zurücknehmen Wir mussten durch das Terrassenfenster raus, das Badezimmer war sehr heruntergekommen, der Duschvorhang war ekelhaft, die kaputte Duschkopfbefestigung konnte nicht repariert werden nicht mehr halten!...angesichts des Preises für eine Woche der Gelegenheit rate ich dem Eigentümer, eine kleine Investition zu tätigen....
