Our holiday home accommodates 4 guests and features a lovely garden, enclosed by a dense, evergreen hedge. In December 2018, the holiday home was fully renovated and furnished with tasteful furniture. A covered terrace ensures cozy times spent outdoors. A lockable garden shed is available for safely storing your own bicycles, and there are already two bikes provided for our guests to use free of charge. You will feel comfortable during your time out at our place.

Our cozy holiday home is located right by the North Sea. In 5 minutes, you can walk to the wide and gently sloping fine sandy beach. Beautiful natural landscapes such as the Schwarze Polder and Het Zwin are in close proximity.

Our holiday home "Auszeit" is just 300 meters away from the North Sea. The unique charm of this area is the wide and gently sloping fine sandy beaches. They are perfect for sunbathing, swimming in the North Sea, beach walking, splashing in the tidal pools, and searching for shark teeth. Cozy beach pavilions offer relaxation and a wide range of treats. The extensions of the Gulf Stream ensure a very mild climate. The cities of Bruges or Knokke-Heist are quickly accessible by car.
From the Ruhr area:
Take the Venlo-Eindhoven-Antwerp A67/E34 motorway. Follow the Antwerp "Ring" towards Bruges-Ghent-Brussels, through the Kennedy Tunnel, then take the 2nd exit towards Rotterdam-Bruges. Follow the E34 for 51 km. Then continue for 11 km on the N456 towards Ijzendijk, proceed on the N61 towards Breskens and the N675 towards Cadzand. Now stay on the road towards Nieuwvliet for about 3 km. At the end of the Landal Park, turn left into Nieuwvliet-Bad.

The tenant can withdraw from the rental agreement in writing. If this occurs up to 30 days before the start of the rental period, only the deposit made, amounting to 20%, will be retained. However, if this occurs less than 30 days before the start of the rental period, the tenant must pay the entire rental sum.
