The holiday home is situated alone (not in a holiday complex) 1.5 km before the town of Benicarló, completely quiet and away from tourism, 20 m from the beach, with no road between the house and the sea. From the house and garden, there is a direct view of the sea.

Wir mieten seit 14 Jahren jeden Sommer ein Ferienhaus. Casa Lehnen hat alles bisherige übertroffen. Der schattige Laubengang, der schöne Garten mit sonnigen und schattigen Plätzen und der Pool sind einfach nur grossartig. Hinzu kommt noch die Meersicht vom Sitzplatz aus, der Strand, den man in ein, zwei Minuten zu Fuss erreicht, das Meeresrauschen....Nun könnte man bemängeln, dass der Strand ein Kiesstrand ist, der Vorteil daran: es hat kaum Leute. Auch die Ausstattung lässt es an nichts fehlen. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Wir haben hier im September mit 4 Personen und 2 kleinen Kindern Urlaub gemacht. Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer. Die wunderschön gepflegte Gartenanlage mit Pool und Grillmöglichkeit bietet ideale Voraussetzungen zum Spielen der Kinder wie zum Relaxen. Hier stören sie niemanden und sie werden nicht gestört.
Das Haus selbst ist zwar schon etwas älter, aber sehr gepflegt. Der Wohnbereich ist neu eingerichtet.
Alles in allem eine sehr schöne empfehlenswerte Anlage.
Wir werden wieder kommen.
