The tenant may cancel the rental agreement in writing at any time. If the tenant needs to cancel, the landlord retains the payments unless the landlord finds a new customer for the same travel dates and at the same rental price. In this case, the landlord will refund the payments minus an administration fee of 75 Euros. Please note that this cannot be guaranteed.

El alojamiento es 100% recomendable. Muy confortable y con una piscina maravillosa. La localización, en mi opinión, inmejorable, porque está a 5 minutos en coche de la playa pero en un lugar muy tranquilo y con vecinos muy silenciosos. Conil y Vejer están tan solo a 30 min en coche, fantásticos pueblos para ir por ejemplo, a cenar. El propietario es amabilísimo, pendiente de sus inquilinos y de que el jardinero se encargue de limpiar periódicamente la piscina. Sin duda, una casa para repetir.
