Cancellation policy
We kindly ask for your understanding when we require a booking deposit (down payment) of 30% of the total amount. The booking deposit will be retained as compensation in case the service is not utilized; see website: www.plateidhof.com.
Consumer protection: We refer to the legislative provisions Art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code GvD 206/2005.
Written cancellation: up to 60 days before the start of the holiday, we must charge 50% of the overnight price, and within the last 30 days, we must charge 100% of the overnight price.
We therefore recommend travel cancellation insurance.
In the event of early departure or late arrival, we reserve the right to charge for the entire booked stay.
Payment: we prefer bank transfer before the start of the holiday. Cash can be accepted up to Euro 999.-
Payment with card is something we try to avoid.
Arrival and departure: Your holiday apartment will be available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:30 AM.
Free pick-up service from the nearest train or bus station upon arrival and departure.

Holiday destination
Experience your holiday destination up close and intensely while cycling past orchards and forests. Hiking trails for everyone, from the Waal paths to summit tours, can be found in our hiking folder. Numerous swimming pools and lakes provide a pleasant cool-down on hot days. But city and village visits, castle and fortress tours, museums, and events are also a must during a holiday in South Tyrol.
Getting there
Plateidhof is located above Lana at an altitude of 550 meters. From Lana, take the Gampen road towards Tisens/Fondo, but after about 3-4 km, turn right onto St. Georgstraße. At the junction, there's a large stone marked "Luftkurort Völlan/Foiana," so it's hard to miss. Continue for about 2 km on St. Georgstraße, and you'll arrive directly at our fruit farm (St. Georgstr. 14). We are the first farm on the right, right next to the road. In front of our driveway, there's a stone with the inscription: "Ferienwohnungen Plateidhof".

Host informationWe are a family of five who run the "Plateidhof" fruit farm with dedication and passion, featuring 7 hectares of orchards, 30 hectares of forest, and a farm holiday experience with 5 holiday apartments. We mainly grow apples but also cultivate apricots, blueberries, chestnuts, and other fruits. Our family naturally includes our numerous animals, the miniature sheep, donkey, our dog Justy, and the cats Felix and Yaris.
