Withdrawal / Storno:
The renter can withdraw from the contract at any time before the rental.
The resignation must be declared in writing and will be effective upon receipt by the landlord.
With the resignation following compensation is due:
up to 90 days before arrival 10% of the rental price, but at least the deposit.
up to 60 days before arrival 30% of the rent, but at least the deposit.
up to 30 days before arrival 50% of the rent
thereafter 100% of the rent.
If the holiday guest does not expressly withdraw from the contract, the entire rental price is due,
even if the holiday guest does not use the services of the landlord.
We recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation / cancellation insurance

Wir, drei Paare und drei Hunde, haben uns in "The House" ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Danke Damir und Sjeverka für eure außergewöhnliche, wunderbare Gastfreundschaft. Euer Haus ist großartig, angefangen von der geschmackvollen, super gepflegten Einrichtung bis hin zu der umfassenden Ausstattung von Küche und Co und dem schönen Pool-Bereich mit den großen Sonnensegeln. Der Kamin hat uns an den schon kühlen Abenden ebenfalls viel Freude und Gemütlichkeit gebracht und der eingezäunte Garten war für unsere Hunde natürlich ein Paradies. Ihr stellt euren Gästen da wirklich einen Schatz zur Verfügung. Ihr habt an alles gedacht. Man möchte gleich einziehen und bleiben...

We (4 adults, 4 Kids 9-14 ) spent 2 weeks in August in The House Villa. We had an incredible time. Everything was absolutely great. The House is fitted with all you need.
For us The House Villa is definitely a feel-good oasis. Our Hosts deserve 5 extra stars for their hospitality.
