Villa Ginestra, is a Luxury Villa located within a luxurious condominium of Villas in Castiadas, a renowned tourist resort on the south-eastern coast of Sardinia.
The property, equipped with all comforts and absolute privacy, is spread over two levels.
On the ground floor, there is the living room with a lovely fireplace and a double sofa bed, the dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room.
The first floor is reserved for the sleeping area with No. 3 bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom, a second double and a single room that can be converted into a double with an extra bed. On the floor there is also a second bathroom with shower.
The villa, has it's own private entrance, reserved car parking, well-kept garden, private swimming pool, small solarium equipped with a sun umbrella, sun-beds, hot-water shower and a functional barbecue area.
