The holiday home is located in a quiet holiday park at the start of the Frisian Lakes and only a 2-minute walk from the IJsselmeer. You can reach the historic fishing village of Lemmer with its cozy pubs and restaurants, numerous shops, and modern infrastructure in just a few minutes. Lemmer is a paradise on the water. The Frisian Lakes and the IJsselmeer are a paradise for water sports enthusiasts of all kinds, anglers, and hikers. You can endlessly sail or boat. Don't forget to enjoy the beautiful nature during a bike ride and then reflect on your experiences over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on a terrace in one of the numerous cozy and quaint restaurants of Lemmer. Lemmer is a beautiful holiday destination for young and old. Would you like to enjoy the day on the terrace of your holiday home or do something active? The choice is yours. In Lemmer and the surrounding area, you can enjoy unlimited boating, sailing, swimming, going to the beach, cycling, hiking, or playing golf at one of the nearby golf courses. An exclusive marina is located about 200 meters away. The municipal marina can be reached in about a 3-minute walk. The adjacent sports hotel offers a swimming pool with sauna and solarium for a fee. In the immediate vicinity, right on the dike, you will find the child-friendly sandy beach. Visit the historic harbor in Lemmer, admire the old flat-bottomed sailboats that moor at the pier every evening, and feel a touch of maritime romance. Book a day trip with a skipper for yourself, or charter a traditional Dutch 'tjalk' for a day. There is much to see in Lemmer and the surrounding area. For example, the world's only steam-powered pumping station that is still used in its original function and much more.

Das Haus verfügt über alles, was man braucht, um eine erholsame und ruhige Zeit zu verbringen. Wir schätzen die Nähe zum IJsselmeer und zur schönen Stadt Lemmer. Man kann das Auto stehen lassen und alles gut zu Fuss erreichen. Hunde sind hier überall herzlich Willkommen und der allmorgendliche Spaziergang zum "Hondenzwemplaats" war das erste Highlight eines jeden Tages. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
