Cancellation policy
If you cancel your booking, the following percentages of the rental price will be charged:
- up to 61 days before the start of the rental 30%
- 60 to 35 days before the start of the rental 50%
- 34 to 15 days before the start of the rental 60%
- 14 to 7 days before the start of the rental 85%
- 6 to 0 days before the start of the rental, in case of no-show or early departure, the total rental price will be charged.

Holiday destination
Away from the Mediterranean mass tourism that concentrates on the coastal towns between Livorno and Cecina, "Antica Pisana" is located in the hilly hinterland of the coastal region. Its location guarantees a successful compromise between private seclusion on one hand and proximity to the summer bathing activities on the other, which can be comfortably reached by car via various access roads to the Mediterranean within half an hour.

Upon booking, you will of course receive detailed directions from me with all the important data for your navigation system. Since Google lists an incorrect street name, we will pick you up at a 'safe' meeting point very close by.

Wir wurden herzlich von unserem Vermieter empfangen und haben trotz der Hitze im August tolle Tage in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Bis an das Mittelmeer oder nach Pisa ist es mit dem Auto nicht weit. Der Pool wurde von unseren Kindern reichlich genutzt. Wir empfehlen das Ferienhaus gern weiter!

Traumhafte Umgebung, sehr ruhig gelegenes Anwesen. Sehr sympathischer Vermieter, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Strand ca. ne halbe Stunde Fahrt. Einkaufszentren in Livorno auch ca. in einer halben Stunde zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
