The house is located at 1000 m altitude in the alpine holiday village, the ski-, mountain biking, trekking and hiking paradise Dachstein-West (UNESCO World Heritage region) surrounded by the Dachstein massif with Gosaukamm, Bishop Cap ( 'Salzburg Dolomites') and Tennengebirge - in the middle of the ski area with 64 lifts, 142 km dreamlike slopes, 122 km have artificial snow-making facilities. Cross-country slopes: 215 km. The house is located about 80 meters from the ski slope.

In winter our guests can use 4 sledges (2 with baby back support and a warm sleepingbag) and a few bobs. Games and toys for 1-99 years. In the garden there is a sandbox with equipment and swings for all ages. In summer you get walking maps, mountain-biking maps, guides, and tips ... about the region. MTB on request.
Dishcloths, dishwasher tabs, detergent, toilet paper, etc. are available.
