Our house is nicely and brightly furnished , 130 m², suitable for 6 people, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 on suite), kitchen and living room with dining area, satellite TV and an open fireplace. 300 m² pool terrace and 600 m² sunbathing area on a 4800 m² property with total privacy.
The Quinta Sariana as an "oasis" offers a chance to "recharge the batteries" in the Algarve, to have a lot of fun and to take away beautiful memories of a wonderful holiday.

Quinta Sariana is located on a large plot with a view down to Lagos and offers complete privacy. All windows are equipped with insect nets, so the windows can be open even at night.

Lagos is a coastal town, with an historic old town centre and a modern marina. The special attraction of this region is the climate and the Atlantic coast with probably with it's most beautiful beaches in Europe, for example Meia Praia or one of the many smaller protected bathing bays. You can xplore the Atlantic coast from the sea on one of the boat trips offered at the port in Lagos.

Coming from Faro Airport, follow the A22 towards Lisbon / Portimao / Lagos to Lagos Este exit. Follow the feeder road to the roundabout with the national road N125 towards Lagos. After about 1 km at the roundabout, turn towards Bensafrim / Sargacal. Follow the road towards Sargacal until you can only turn right or left.
Now turn left, towards Sargacal and then immediately right again (past the orange grove).
After approx. 300 m, turn the next option sharply left onto a gravel path. Follow this dirt road approx. 500 m to the end. You reach the Quinta Sariana.

If the tenant cancels /cancels the contract before the start of the rental without naming a subsequent tenant who enters the contract on the same terms, the following pro rata rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, unless another rental is possible: termination by 25% of the rent on the 56th day before the start of the rental, 50% of the rent by the 42nd day before the start of the rental, 75% of the rent between the 28th day and the start of the rental, and 90% of the rent between the 27th day and the start of the rental fee.
