Der Vermieter war pünktlich zum Treffpunkt und höflich. Die Wohnung war zweckdienlich, bot aber nicht den in der Beschreibung enthaltenen Backofen und machte Selbstkochen nur beschränkt möglich; zumal nur zwei Elektroherdplatten. Satelliten Fernsehen wurde angeboten, war gerätetechnisch auch vorhanden, nur nicht nutzbar. Die Mieter der Nachbarwohnung hatten die fehlenden Empfangsmöglichkeit offensichtlich reklamiert, es erschienen auch Handwerker, die Abhilfe bereiten sollten, dies aber nicht in der Woche herbeiführten.
Da wir offiziell keine Reklamation vorgebracht haben machen wir keine rechtlichen Schritte (Mietminderung) geltend;
werden aber dieses Wohnobjekt künftig nicht mehr in Betracht ziehen.
