Cancellation policy
Upon receiving the booking confirmation, a deposit of 30% of the total travel price is due within 7 days. The final payment must be made no later than 4 weeks before the start of the trip.
Up to 4 weeks before the start of the trip, the cancellation fees amount to 30% of the travel price. In the event of cancellation within 4 weeks to 1 week before arrival, we will charge 80% of the total price. If you cancel one week before arrival or do not arrive or leave early for personal reasons, the entire travel amount is due. The landlord is entitled to withdraw from the contract for a materially justified reason, for example, if force majeure or other circumstances beyond the landlord's control make the fulfillment of the contract impossible. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

The Rijeka Airport is named after the well-known port city of Rijeka on the mainland, but it is located on the island of Krk near the town of Omisalj.

By Car
The island of Krk is connected to the mainland by a 1450 m long bridge. When you arrive by car, you can easily get from the mainland to the island without the need for ferry connections.
Crossing the bridge is subject to a toll, which costs about 30 Kuna (for a round trip in total).

Ein wunderbares Haus mit allem Komfort, ideal für uns zwei Paare mit Kindern und Hund. Der beheizte Pool, die Terrassen und der Olivenhain im sehr großzügigen Garten oder auch der stilvolle Innenraum mit seinem urgemütlichen Sitzplatz sind einfach herrlich! Wir haben den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen und würden das Haus unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

Ambiente Lage Grundstück Pool Ausstattung alles top und jeden Cent wert. Nur zu empfehlen. Und dann noch die super netten und hilfreichen Verwalter Anita und Goran bei und mit denen wir auch noch eine grandiose Bootsfahrt gebucht haben machen den Urlaub unvergesslich.
