The villa is approximately 120 square meters in size.
It features a large living area, eat-in kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed 180x200, and another bedroom with another double bed 180x200 and an additional bunk bed 160x200, 2 bathrooms with shower and bidet. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.
Additionally, there is a sofa bed available in the living room 160x200, which is equipped with a very good mattress and a topper, providing an excellent sleeping experience. Thus, if needed, up to 8 people can sleep in the villa.
The entire villa is equipped with mosquito screens on windows and doors.
Urmo Belsito, a small village near Avetrana and San Pietro, is a typical southern Italian seaside resort with cafes, restaurants, and pizzerias. The nearby provincial capital Manduria offers excellent shopping opportunities, a historic old town, and small restaurants with typical Apulian cuisine and regional wines. The region by the Ionian Sea has retained its rural charm. You can reach the beautiful beach of San Pietro in Bevagna as well as the magnificent dune beaches in about 5 minutes by car.

Furthermore, there is a sofa bed in the living room 160x200, which is equipped with a very good mattress and a topper, making it super comfortable to sleep on. Thus, if necessary, 8 people can sleep in the house. The whole house has mosquito nets on windows and doors.
