If the tenant cancels the rental agreement, the following amounts must be paid to the landlord: a) For cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price. b) For cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price. c) For cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) until the day before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price. d) For cancellation on the day of the rental period start or later: full rental price.

Holiday destination
After a short hike through the dunes, you'll find yourself at the beach in just a few minutes. In the town, you'll find everything your heart desires: numerous shops, supermarkets (including Aldi and Lidl), a fish shop, cafes, restaurants, a tennis court, mini-golf, a swimming pool, a golf course, and a sports school. The cozy beach pavilion is open all year round.
In the Ooghduyne Park (about 1 km away), there is a swimming pool and a golf course.
Getting there
From Alkmaar: Follow N9 towards Den Helder until the Julianadorp exit (after Julianadorp-Zuid). Follow Schoolweg.
After the De Riepel shopping center (on the right), turn right at the intersection and then immediately left: Follow Van Foreestweg to the dunes.
There, turn left; after about 300 meters on the left is Park Strandslag. The apartment building is immediately on the left.

Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet.Alles war da, was man benötigte.Schön wäre in der Dusche eine Anbringung wo man die Duschutensilien ablegen könnte!Ansonsten, schöne Umgebung,dicht am Strand-Meer.Ruhig.Parkplätze gleich vorm Haus!Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.In der Nähe, schöne Städte, zum rumbummeln.
